Launching Biohub New York
Helping audiences understand a new scientific institution through clear narrative, coordinated production, and launch-ready content.
Overview
I led creative production supporting the public launch of Biohub New York, helping translate its scientific ambition into a clear and human story.
I aligned researchers, science communicators, internal stakeholders, and external production partners around launch content explaining both the technology and the stakes behind the work.
Role
Led creative production across the announcement, coordinating filming logistics, stakeholder input, researcher storytelling, agency collaboration, and post-production feedback.
The process helped move the work from complex scientific concepts to a polished public narrative.
The Challenge
Launching a scientific institution requires more than announcing funding. Audiences also need to understand what the institution is trying to accomplish and why the work matters.
Biohub New York brought together researchers, engineers, and technology leaders around a mission to develop technologies capable of detecting disease earlier.
The creative challenge was to translate highly technical research into a story that felt credible, understandable, and human while coordinating contributors with different areas of expertise and priorities.
