Beyond the Booth

Building cohesive conference experiences across booths, product demos, digital displays, and branded event touchpoints.

Overview

I led creative production across two major scientific conferences, NeurIPS and Cell Bio, coordinating vendors, product demonstrations, booth visuals, environmental graphics, digital displays, video loops, and executive multimedia needs during an organizational rebrand.

The work transformed two live conference presences into cohesive brand experiences designed to support awareness, product understanding, and stakeholder engagement.

Role

Managed an ecosystem of creative and technical partners, including exhibit fabricators, motion designers, software engineers, event teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

I helped translate an evolving brand system into practical event touchpoints, ensuring that booths, demonstrations, visuals, and digital content worked together as one experience.

Led

  • Booth design and experiential production

  • Branded event visuals

  • Digital display content

  • Product demo coordination

  • Vendor and fabrication management

The Challenge

Two conferences.
One evolving brand.

With new brand guidelines still taking shape, every booth, product demonstration, video loop, digital display, and executive event needed to feel connected.

The work required coordinating multiple vendors, engineers, and stakeholders across two cities without sacrificing quality, functionality, or brand consistency.
