Engineering Talent Campaign

A three-part recruiting campaign translating CZI’s technical challenges, tools, and engineering culture into clear stories for prospective software talent.

Overview

CZI’s Recruiting team identified a recurring problem: software engineering candidates understood the organization’s mission, but not the technical challenges its engineers were solving or the tools they used.

In response, we developed a three-part employee storytelling series featuring software engineers across CZI’s work. The campaign gave prospective candidates a clearer view of the engineering environment, technical scope, and mission-driven opportunities available across the organization.

Role

Partnered with Recruiting to translate candidate feedback into an employer-brand content strategy. Helped identify the narrative approach, develop interview questions, coordinate employee participation, and shape three recruiting videos designed to explain CZI’s technical work through the voices of its engineers.
