Engineering Talent Campaign

A three-part recruiting campaign translating CZI’s technical challenges, tools, and engineering culture into clear stories for prospective software talent.

Overview

I partnered with the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative’s Recruiting team to develop a three-part employee storytelling series featuring software engineers from across the organization.

The campaign was designed to give prospective candidates a clearer understanding of the engineering environment, technical scope, workplace culture, and mission-driven opportunities.

Role

Worked with Recruiting to translate candidate feedback into focused employer-brand content.

I helped identify the narrative approach, develop interview questions, coordinate employee participation, and shape three videos explaining the organization’s technical work through the voices of its engineers.

Led

  • Translated candidate feedback into employer-brand content priorities

  • Developed interview frameworks around technical problems, tools, and culture

  • Coordinated engineers across multiple teams and areas of work

  • Shaped a three-part narrative for use across recruiting channels

  • Connected mission-driven storytelling with practical candidate information
